Module and Research Product Development Quality Control All Client and Premium Reports ( Design, Questionnaire, Analysis Guide, and Report Check) Enforcing to Internal and External Researcher about the implementation of Research Guideline made. KPI/Metric Quality of report ( Client satisfaction toward report) Collaboration and Team Structure Will lead the research division with one research executive, two statisticians and one external research/blogger coordinator. Collaborate with Client-team to ensure each report delivered to clients is qualified. Collaborate with the product team to ensure the development of new research product is align with research guideline made. Responsibilities: Produce research guideline from design to reporting to be used by all researchers in JAKPAT. Interpreting data, report reviewing, and making actionable recommendations for clients Conduct product sharing session to distribute product knowledge to all team. Conduct quality control of the whole research process of all client and premium report. Requirement: A minimum 4 to 7 years within the custom market research industry Having 1 to 3 years of industry/sector experience is preferred. Having education related to market or social research is preferred. Having experiences in market research as a researcher is preferred. Position: Senior Research Executive Job Descriptions: Work as part of the team to meet the objectives and targets of the business plan, using established internal processes. Working with Client teams to ensure delivery on time and on the budget, to a standard that delights our clients Analyse, interpret, report and deliver Jakpat survey output, this includes producing reports and other final outputs of projects Using research guideline from design to reporting to be used by all researchers in JAKPAT. Lead delivery of the research team strategies, including developing, agreeing and prioritizing projects within this area and tasks delegations Take an active part in / lead workshops and other collaborative sessions to analyze and model findings and develop conclusions KPI/Metric Quality of report ( Client satisfaction toward report) On-time report delivery Requirement: A minimum 2 to 3 years within the custom market research industry Having 1 to 2 years of industry/sector experience is preferred.
