Post-Pandemic Workplace Preference – Jakpat Survey Report 2022

Due to Covid-19 lock down, more organizations and employees realize that it is possible to do works remotely or away from the office, since employees were advised to stay at home and work from home. Then, the trend of working away from office grew from home to any other place even any other cities or areas, which commonly called work from anywhere. The most recent trend that is getting popular now is the hybrid working, where employees can work both from office and outside of the office simultaneously depends on the needs.
