21 Recently, JAKPAT tried to do a simulation of a time series survey. We took a survey regarding state owned company (Badan Usaha Milik Negara). We wanted to know how respondents would recommend the state owned companies to their friends and social media. 1. PLN For question one, we asked their willingness to recommend PLN by using 0-10 scale; 10 is the highest scale. It shows that respondents feel so-so to recommend PLN to their friends or social media. Many respondents also give scale 1, in which it means they are quite unwilling to recommend PLN. On the 1st day, most respondents are rather unwilling to recommend PERTAMINA. And on the 2nd day, most respondents are rather willing to recommend PERTAMINA. But then, on the 3rd day, most respondents are very unwilling to recommend PERTAMINA, so do the 4th day. 4. KAI Q4 (scale) : how would you recommend KAI to your social media and friends? Nevertheless, on day 2 and 4 most respondents are on scale 1 and 6. It makes the results on day 2 and 4 are fifty-fifty: between unwilling respondents and willing respondents.
