From processed meat products and frozen snacks to ready-to-cook meals, frozen food is valued for its convenience, long shelf life, and ease of preparation. As consumer preferences continue to evolve, purchasing decisions are also shaped by many factors.

Following our previous study on frozen food consumption trends in 2024,* this report revisits the category to explore how consumer behaviors and preferences have evolved over time. It examines Indonesians’ frozen food consumption habits, including product preferences, brand awareness, purchasing frequency, consumption occasions, and the factors influencing buying decisions. These insights provide a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in Indonesia’s frozen food market and highlight key changes compared with the 2024* findings.

This report is based on responses from 1,228 Jakpat respondents.
