Smartphone changing our sleep habits. Probably the most obvious change in our bedtime routines these days is that many people curl up in bed with a smartphone instead of a book, magazine, or doing something else like clean up their teeth, or just get asleep without doing anything.
In this survey, we want to know about habit before or after bed. We asked a question such as How do you get a sleep, what do you do before or after bed, how many hours do you sleep, etc. Not surprisingly, from this result reported that Mobile phone use near bedtime is extremely prevalent even in various age or gender. In fact, from our data shows that our respondents often looking for their mobile phone. Mostly they will use the mobile phone for Surfing social media and check notifications either before bed or after bed. Our respondents realized that mobile phone usage affects their sleep time quality.
