“We are the worst airline, but you have no choice”

That famous saying may describe (almost) perfectly what happens to some airlines (if not specifically one). Then, how’s about other budget airline companies or low-cost carriers (LCCs)? What do Indonesian people think about those brands?

This is a survey involving a massive number of samples (1800+ people), with an objective to find out the preferred brand of budget airline or low-cost carrier (LCC) among Indonesians. It examines an overall perception and some specific categories, such as: price, punctuality, and safety. Plus, what the future offer would be expected by the market.

Regarding Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr (Lebaran) in May-June 2018, JAKPAT conducted a survey to  3,100+ respondents about their planning to face Ramadan 2018, and recall their Ramadan habits last year. The data collected then cleaned, coded and analyzed by JAKPAT Data Analyst and researcher partner.

  • Objectives: To map the respondent plan of consumption during the upcoming Ramadan.
  • Coverage: This survey covers several issues such as; breakfasting&sahur habit, plan on grocery spending, habitual usage of body&skin care product in Ramadan, media habit, Eid day preparation spending, comparison of activities during Ramadan and other months, and their usage of holiday allowance (THR).

TrendTrack JAKPAT #3 – BiWeekly Media Monitoring Report | W2 April 2018

The Trend-Track study is initiated to capture current trend that happens on media that is consumed by netizen on biweekly then weekly basis. We have started our first trend track survey in the second week of March 2018, and we are currently publishing our second Trend Track survey report for the SECOND WEEK OF APRIL 2018. Hopefully, we can continue to feed you with media trend on more real-time and regular basis.

In the second week of April 2018 some trending topics on Youtube and social media surfaced such as the 2019 Election, Lucinta Luna, and some of the latest issues of the week.

Research method: 

  • 2.095 respondents of JAKPAT
  • Proportionality by internet population
  • The survey is conducted in 5 hours only
  • Data collecting was done on April 15th  2018
  • The survey distributed via JAKPAT app

Objectives:

  • Capturing media habits in the second week of April 2018 (April 9th – 15th 2018)
  • Focus on 6 types of media: local/national tv shows, international tv shows, social media, Youtube, Webtoon, K-Drama.
  • Capturing the trending topics / hot issues in each media

Womanhood Today – JAKPAT Survey Report

As the world increasingly recognizes the contributions of women in life, how women and men view household economics and the division of domestic duties also shifting. More women, especially in Indonesia, have joined the workforce but their role as the central figure in the home hasn’t diminished. In this project, we would like to see from Women point of view how they plan their future; from marriage, financial plan, their role in the household, as well as how their expectation meets the reality and their take on the stereotype circulating around women.

Research Method:

  • 2.763 respondents of JAKPAT
  • Proportionalized by internet population
  • Survey is conducted in 6 hours
  • 100% female respondents
  • Consist of : 1.355 single -women, 1.326 married –women.
  • Data collecting was done on April 4th 2018
  • Survey was distributed via JAKPAT app

Research Objectives:

This survey is aimed to capture the view of women both single and married toward their role as a woman in a society. In terms of their view in marriage life and role, their view about financial responsibility and so on.

Relasi percintaan memang menjadi sesuatu yang menarik dan tidak ada habisnya untuk dibahas. Orang-orang bilang, masa terindah dari sebuah relasi percintaan adalah masa-masa pendekatan alias PDKT. Pada masa PDKT inilah, rasa ketertarikan dan rasa penasaran berada dalam puncaknya. Dalam proses PDKT ini, orang-orang menggunakan berbagai cara demi mendapatkan hati seseorang yang menjadi target perasaan mereka alias si calon pasangan alias gebetan.
