The Trend-Track study is initiated to capture current trend that happens on media that is consumed by netizen on biweekly then weekly basis. We have started our first trend track survey in the second week of March 2018, and we are currently publishing our second Trend Track survey report for the FOURTH WEEK OF MAY 2018. Hopefully, we can continue to feed you with media trend on more real-time and regular basis.

Several topics, such as NISSA SABYAN, INDOMIE DOUGHNUT, and RAMADAN came up to be trending topics in social media and Youtube.

  • Survey is conducted in 5 hours only
  • Data collecting was done on May 27th , 2018

In this week, the act of terrorism became trending topics on social media such as multiple bombings in Surabaya and riots in Mako Brimob.

Indonesians on Avengers Infinity War

Have you seen the latest Avengers: Infinity War? It has become one of the most earning movies within only a few weeks since its release. That speaks for how people anticipated the movie so much. We decided to do a survey on how our Indonesian respondents thought about the movie and how they did the ticket purchasing. We asked 659 respondents who have seen the movie. And, here are a few highlights of the survey: Cinema 21/Cinema XXI/The Premiere has become the most visited theatre where most respondents saw the movie Infinity War, and most respondents chose to have the watching experience in 2 Dimensions in a regular studio. As for the most favorite superhero in the movie, it is Iron Man.

Inovasi olahan daging ayam mulai berkembang di dunia kuliner. Olahan daging ayam yang semakin populer adalah ayam goreng. Berbagai varian olahan ayam goreng dijual di pasaran. Mulai dari ayam goreng tepung atau biasa disebut kentucky fried chicken, ayam geprek, ayam penyet, dan segala ayam goreng dengan varian topping saus yang tidak hanya saus pedas saja melainkan pilihan saus kekinian lainnya seperti barbeque, teriyaki, black pepper, asam manis, keju mozzarella , dsb. Tren ini berkembang dengan banyaknya warung makan ataupun resto yang menyajikan perpaduan ayam goreng tepung dan topping kekinian. Maka orang tidak perlu lagi untuk pergi ke KFC atau McDonalds untuk bisa merasakan ayam Kentucky karena warung makan dengan merek lokal pun saat ini sudah tersebar di seluruh kota di Indonesia, yang pasti dengan variasi yang lebih beragam. Dari banyaknya pilihan olahan ayam goreng yang tersedia inilah kami membuat survey dengan latar belakang ingin tahu olahan ayam goreng apa yang menjadi favorit di kalangan responden? Olahan ayam produk mana yang mereka suka? Lokal atau internasional? Dsb. Dalam survey ini kami melibatkan 1.498 responden yang tersebar di seluruh kota di Indonesia. Pre-Ramadan Survey Report 2018 – JAKPAT Survey Report

Regarding Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr (Lebaran) in May-June 2018, JAKPAT conducted a survey to  3,100+ respondents about their planning to face Ramadan 2018, and recall their Ramadan habits last year. The data collected then cleaned, coded and analyzed by JAKPAT Data Analyst and researcher partner.

  • Objectives: To map the respondent plan of consumption during the upcoming Ramadan.
  • Coverage: This survey covers several issues such as; breakfasting&sahur habit, plan on grocery spending, habitual usage of body&skin care product in Ramadan, media habit, Eid day preparation spending, comparison of activities during Ramadan and other months, and their usage of holiday allowance (THR).
