Whether we are muslims or not, whether we celebrate the Eid or not, there is this tradition in Indonesia where people are going back to their hometown during the holiday; a homecoming, or in Indonesian terms is famous as “mudik”. Regarding to this matter, recently JAKPAT has conducted a survey series in order to see the review of the “mudik” trip. In this part of the survey series, we focus with the review of the train transportation. Hence, all respondents in this survey were using “TRAIN” as the transportation mode for their latest mudik trip. This survey was conducted to 1541 respondents of JAKPAT. In Indonesia, the railways transportation is operated by only one major company completely owned by the government, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), or in English called as the Indonesian Railways Company. Hoax message is easily disseminated in both platforms. Maybe most of us ever receive any exposure of hoax message in one or both platforms. First of all, we ask our respondents about their own meaning about hoax, and most of them consider hoax as a fake information. We further ask them about their experience of receiving hoax. In Indonesia, we call this phenomenon as mudik. To support their mudik mobility, people use many transportation mode from the private to public one. Among all possible transportation mode, some of them were using airline service to support their mudik trip. We conduct a survey toward 1.541 respondents who took air plane for mudik last month to assess their mudik experience using it. In general, we ask them to review the airlines service they use and the airport service on their mudik trip. In general, we find that the airlines service during mudik trip was fair-to-good. However, respondent general assessment toward airlines service on their mudik last month was better than their regular flight and/or last year mudik trip. In other hand, the airport overall service was excellent. Most respondents score good point on the airport cleanliness, staff service, and other facilities. Today, there are many kind of food delivery service available, from the in-house delivery provided by the restaurant to any food delivery service apps. By using this service, all they need is just calling or ordering the food delivery service, mention the menu they like to have, explain their address, and just wait the food to be delivered. We conduct a survey toward 2.305 respondents in nationwide to understand their food delivery service habit. Previously, we ever done a similar survey in 2015, and we just update our recent finding in this survey. Comparing finding from both survey, we can see that home and office still become the favourite destination to had their food delivered. Moreover, lunch and dinner still become the most popular time to order food delivery service as well. However, we find different finding regarding the vendor of food delivery service our most respondents use. In our 2015 survey, most of them were more likely directly contact the restaurant in-house delivery service to had their food. In other hand, in our recent survey we find that most respondents are now prefer using food delivery feature from apps such as Go-Food and Grab Food. Besides that, in our 2015 survey we find that Western menu becomes the most favourite cuisine to be delivery ordered. Hence, in this survey we find that most respondents in this survey are more likely ordering fast food and Indonesian cuisine. We guess that the popularity of several food delivery feature apps that makes several partnership with local restaurant which sell traditional menu become the prominent factor of this condition.
