People have their own way to keep their body stay fit, healthy also beauty. One of them is doing diet. For any people diet is set daily meal, and the others not enough just by doing this. They will do exercise, not allow to eat anything food, manage their bed time, meditation, etc. People nowadays doing diet programs not only for healthy but also build self confidence because there is a mindset if fat aren’t interesting, but proportional body is everyone’s dream. News and Information Sources: Based on Topics – JAKPAT Survey Report

In this digital era, there is a wide range of sources where people can get news and information. Not only the traditional news package on television or the hardnews on newspaper, but people can also get news and information from the internet. The internet itself offers vary ways that enable people to get news and information. Regarding to that matter, recently Jakpat has conducted a survey in order to see where people get the news and information from; particularly the media that they use as the source. In this survey, we focus on seeing the respondents’ preferences of news and information sources regarding to the topics they frequently access. Since there is also a wide range of topics that people can obtain from the sources. This survey is conducted to 2835 respondents from across Indonesia. Apparently, the “celebrity & entertainment” topic is favored by the youngster respondents (<16 y.o) and the elders respondents (>45 y.o). Halal Cosmetics and Skincare – Survey Report

Halal now extends to other areas other than food such as cosmetics or skin care products. If we take a look on the media such as TV, radio, social media, etc some cosmetics products advertise that their products are halal. It gives an indication of how “halal” is the one of the attributes that consumers should consider in purchasing cosmetics products. So this survey was conducted in across Indonesia with 1919 total respondents who female majority that routine using make-up. We are curious about what cosmetics products that they’ve been used, is that halal or no, what is their perception about halal cosmetics, how important halal is, is there any relation with religiosity, and so on. Based on survey result, Even on cosmetics products, consumers particularly our respondents are more concerned with logo halal, majority of them will look for the logo or label halal on the product. Grocery Shopping Survey Series: Superindo VS Giant – JAKPAT Survey Report

People in big cities nowadays are provided with many choices regarding to the place where they can go for grocery shopping. One of those places is supermarket, that opens from morning until night, which makes people possible to do their grocery shopping not only before but also after their working hours. Moreover, the supermarket is located outside a shopping mall that makes it more convenient for the customers to do grocery shopping. Superindo and Giant are two supermarket chains that we can find in big cities in Indonesia. Regarding to that matter, recently Jakpat has conducted a survey series in order to see the customers review towards Superindo and Giant. This survey is conducted to 2676 respondents who go for grocery shopping in Superindo only, Giant only, and both Superindo and Giant. Apparently, Giant has more loyal customers than Superindo and also has a better review from the customers of both Giant and Superindo. Residential Preference: Apartment Interest – Survey Report

The crowd of living in big cities may left a problem related to the living space. Due to the expensive price of land, as well as the limited space for building a house most urban citizen seems to prefer apartment as their living space. The interest of living in apartment at some point also show a tremendous growth. As we can see in several cities outside Jakarta, the development of apartment building is constantly growing. Many apartment buildings are being constructed and already gain buyers, even if actually the building is not completely constructed yet. Regarding to this phenomenon, we conduct a survey toward 2.203 respondents in nationwide to understand their interest towards apartment. According to our result, most respondents in this survey are living in the house, but 78% of them are interested towards apartment. Moreover, their interest towards apartment is showing interesting finding as well. At least, 47% respondents in this survey are interested to buy and live in the apartment. However, about 50% respondents in this survey also consider apartment as an investment asset, since they are interested to renting and/or re-selling their apartment unit. Regarding the preferred location for apartment service they like to have, most of them still prefer Indonesia big cities which mostly located in Java.

Cashless society is a term for describing a state where financial transactions are not conducted with money in the form of physical bank notes or coins, but rather through the transfer of digital information (usually an electronic representation of money) between the transacting parties.[1] 

JAKPAT conducted a survey towards 2000+ respondents across Indonesia about their payment preferences for financial transactions. In this survey we investigate:

With no longer geographical barrier, the way online business works is very much supported by courier service. We can make any transaction in any part of the globe and had it delivered to us. It also enable us the send various kind of products to our loved one in all over places with relatively affordable cost. Thus, courier service has a pivotal role in today product mobility. Understanding this issue, we conduct a survey involving 2.787 panels who ever use the courier service in nationwide. We ask them about their awareness and experience of using the service. According to our result, it is a pleasure to know that our respondents in this survey are not only aware of the existence of courier service, but also ever use their service as well. Although the location of shipping destination is mostly located in Java, cities in outside Java such as Medan and Denpasar showing a tremendous growth.

Jastip: Jasa Titip (Shopping Entrusted Goods Service) – Survey Report

Shopping entrusted goods service or most commonly known as jastip (jasa titip) becomes a quite popular phenomenon in today online shopping business. In this kind of service, basically, people who will visit particular place will announce their plan and offer others if they want to entrust them buying any goods in the place they are about to visit. The way they announce their jastip offering may be done by making specific social media account for jastip, or just using their personal social media account. The person who offers jastip then will receive benefit from the jastip fee they add to the customers’ ordered product. Understanding this business opportunity, we conduct a survey about jastip to 1.603 respondents who ever use this service. According to our survey results, respondents awareness and experience of using jastip service is quite high. Fashion items become the most frequently purchased product by using jastip service for most respondents in this survey. By understanding the already high awareness and experience of using jastip service among our respondents, we can see an opportunity for the growth of jastip business in the near future.
